That's what it feels like to me. Certainly not Relaxing. Just the opposite. The Ocean Waves in the background kinda throw me off though, I suppose that final battle is taking place on a beach like place. *Shrugs* Well, I like it, and I downloaded it.

It feels like it should be the background music to a scene from Resident Evil in which the heroes see some main plot devise thing and discover who the true enemy is. AKA it's the background to the start of the climax of the story.
